Starting October 10, Burger King will launch four new menu items inspired by the iconic Addams Family, bringing a spooky twist to its classic offerings just in time for Halloween.
“Halloween is a big part of our brand’s history, and we know our guests love to see what spooky and delicious items we come up with every year,” said Pat O’Toole, Chief Marketing Officer for Burger King North America. “This year, we’re excited to collaborate with The Addams Family, who share a love for all things eerie, to create four unique versions of popular BK products.”
Wednesday’s Whopper
Enjoy a ghoulish take on the classic Whopper with “Wednesday’s Whopper.” This version features the iconic flame-grilled beef patty topped with Swiss cheese, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, creamy mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles, and onions. The whole ensemble is sandwiched in a purple bun, dyed with purple potato and sprinkled with black sesame seeds, giving it a delightfully eerie appearance.
Thing-Inspired Onion Rings
For those who dare, the onion rings come in a packaging styled after the mysterious one-handed helper, Thing. Pair them with the Wednesday Whopper or enjoy them as a standalone treat for a perfectly spooky snack.
Gomez Churro Fries
Channel your inner patriarch with “Gomez Churro Fries.” These crispy churros are fried to perfection and generously coated in cinnamon sugar. For a finishing touch, they’re served with a side of rich chocolate dipping sauce, making them an irresistible combination of spooky and sweet.
Morticia’s Kooky Chocolate Shake
Indulge in “Morticia’s Kooky Chocolate Shake,” a decadent mix of soft-serve ice cream blended with chocolate cake batter fudge. The shake is topped with a mix of black and purple cookie pieces for that extra touch of Halloween charm.
Limited-Edition Addams Family King Jr. Meal Toys
Adding to the fun, Burger King launched a special line of King Jr. Meal toys featuring characters from The Addams Family on October 7, letting young fans enjoy a bit of kookiness with their meal.
Last year’s Halloween festivities at Burger King featured the return of the Ghost Pepper Whopper, Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries, and limited-edition Halloween buckets at select locations. This year’s Addams Family-themed lineup promises to continue that tradition of spooky fun, offering fans something new to look forward to during the Halloween season.
